Clare's Apartment
Clare's apartment is a bit cluttered, but with a clear method to her madness. She has small stacks of books where books could end up, but none in any place you might worry of knocking them over. She has little cute painted things on the walls, painted by her to make the place more her's. None of them are complicated because she's a writer, not a painter, but there are flowers, stars, and crosses on various walls. Clare's 'moved in' so it's home, so she's done what she can to make the place her's. She's got a spare set of sheets for any overnight guests (because she won't share a bed with anyone yet) and enough food in the pantry to feed anyone who comes calling.
She's put a dividing curtain between her bed and the rest of the apartment. It runs a weird angle so it can be closed but give access to the bathroom to the rest of the apartment. She's put covers on all the furniture (cloth, various greens) so they match the sheets and her weird curtain. The bathroom sink is spotless and all her toiletries are in the cabinet behind the mirror. The sink always has a few dishes but she rarely lets the pile get too huge. She keeps two journals by her nightstand, one is her notebook which she takes everywhere, the other is her storybook, which she writes ideas in, to clear her head (often these 'ideas' are a bit naughty so she never lets anyone read it).
She has some teaching supplies for Sapphire's reading lessons, a whiteboard and some books. Normally they end up behind the TV when not in use. The second comfy chair closest to the TV was moved to the other side of the coffee table. If she had friends over everyone could watch the movie with ease.
Clare's Wardrobe/Possessions
Clare owns various story and history books, she likes owning books so she can take her time and get distracted. She has a bicycle for getting around town with a motorcycle helmet, it looks just as silly as you expect when she wears it. But, otherwise all she's gotten in the city is clothing and, cough, personal items which might be in her nightstand.
Her clothes are functional but fun, highlighting her assets but nothing so impossible to move in that it would make for a problem if an attack or crisis happened. Most of the colors are pastel or earthtones, several long skirts and lots of denim. Girl has a wicked thing for denim, no I can't explain it. She has a few very nice dresses for special occasions, and some outfits she's modified to be a bit more useful in combat (extra secure pockets, slightly more durable materials, little things like that). Just in case she goes on a mission, she'd like an outfit with some armor to it.
Clare's Madness
Clare's madness is seductive and scary to her, she loses her fears and self-doubt. Which you might think is a blessing but it is a writer without an editor. Believing you are faultless leads to mistakes and they often do not get undone so easily. Her desires for fun and entertainment go up, and her attention span vanishes unless its interesting to her. She's a child without parents, all she wants is sweets.
And in this case sweets is a euphemism for physical intimacy with very attractive people in her age range. She's not a slut, but if she knows somebody is nice, and pretty, she won't hesitate to hit on them and suggest what they can do. If she's just met them she will be unusually forward and flirty, and highly suggestive. She doesn't censor her own speech and is very rude when annoyed. Her mood also shifts wildly, and gets worse the deeper she falls into her madness.
Another weird side-effect is she constantly hears music and dances, it's impossible to get her to stop.
Clare's Wavelength/Resonance
Clare's very good at matching the wavelength of anyone provided they are not actively trying to fight resonance. She simply is that submissive, it works very well for her. The issue comes with deeper connections. She doesn't trust the resonance (or her partner, or herself) very far, due to her past, leading to the resonance being stable but holding at about one quarter of what a proper resonance should be. Limiting her abilities and the power of her attacks.
This is not the case while she is mad, she still matches resonance so long as her partner isn't a meanieface (technical term)... but she goes all in because she doesn't see the harm in full resonance. However her mood swings can cause for some discomfort if her meister doesn't work to keep her on point.
Clare's Soul Space/Spirit appearance
The equivalent for Soul Eater Evan's "Piano Room" is her bedroom from home. Some of the furniture is from her apartment in Death City, and it has pictures on shelves and desks and all over the room. Pictures of friends and loved ones. But as these are memories, not true pictures, the faces and details aren't there. Several items in the room belong to friend's both from home and here. An aspect of Clare's neediness is that her self-worth is measured by her friends, and who she cares about.
Her attire there is a blue dress tied at the waist with a belt, and a denim jacket. Something like this. She's not sure if it means anything and, no, she doesn't have the sparkler.
